The SA panels offer an excellent balance of weight, strength and superior image quality.
The 1000mm × 500mm panel weighs 9.5kg (20.94 lbs/pc) and combines a die-casting magnesium cabinet with carbon fiber tube reinforcement. The 500mm × 500mm panel weighs only 5.5kg.
Combine the light weight aspect with the “touring style” fast locking system and the larger tile size, an SA screen will build much more quickly than a traditional 500 x 500mm tile. There are half as many tiles to handle and half the amount of jumper cables to plug in.
Running on Brompton processing with a 7680Hz refresh rate, max 240Hz frame rate, 16 bit gray scale, 1/12 scan rate and a 160° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, the Absen SA 2.6 delivers breathtaking clarity and smoothness, making it perfect for broadcast and live events.
