Brooklyn, NY- GUM Studios is an established multi-location film stage & equipment rental facility with production capabilities in the New York Metropolitan - Tri-State Area area. GUM Studios caters to production companies, advertising agencies, video-photographers, designers, and large tv/film productions. With COVID-19 halting video production, GUM turned to 4Wall for the lighting and video equipment to build their own real-time virtual production studio, which allows its clients to go virtual and finish a production on time and in a controlled environment.

With speculation rising that Virtual Production will eventually become the standard for how major motion pictures are shot - and potentially replacing green screens in the long term - GUM Studios partnered with the industry leaders Silver Spoon Animation, 4Wall, and DIT New York to make this cutting edge technology available.

4Wall provided 333 ROE Visual Black Pearl BP2 (2.8MM) LED video panels to create a curved wall roughly 40' wide, 15' tall and 20' deep.

4Wall also provided 51 Full and 8 Half ROE Visual Carbon CB8 (8.3MM) LED video panels for an approximately 25' wide x 20' deep ceiling for lighting and reflections.
