We have received COVID-19 safe documentation from Visit Britain or the "Good to Go" stamp, to ensure our clients that we offer a safe and secure working environment across all aspects of our delivery. Whether that’s a virtual event at our SmartStudio XR or a live event or install, we can support you.
The "Good to Go" industry standard mark shows that we can demonstrate that we fully adhere to Government guidelines and public health guidance, we have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and we have all of the required processes in place to work safely.
As AV suppliers we ensure our teams, including freelance workers and clients, are fully supported with PPE, sanitiser, cleanliness and are following social distancing guidelines.

Visitors to our studios
We have two studios open to visitors by appointment only, including SmartStudio XR at Royal Lancaster London. We have taken steps to ensure our studio working practices are COVID-19 secure and safe, including:
- Sanitising on a regular basis at sanitiser stations
- Social distancing
- Wiping down all equipment
- Wearing face masks in public areas
- Signing-in software

1. Visitor Health Questionnaire
Are you visiting one of our sites, including SmartStudioXR? Then please make sure you fill in our visitor health questionnaire by clicking the button below.
If you answer yes to any of the questions, please report this by contacting us immediately and do not enter the studio or location.

Once you have taken your Covid-19 test, and have your result, please click the link below to fill in our submission form. This enables you to enter your result, which will be submitted to our team and upload an image of your test.
