Administrative and Labor Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative and Labor Assistant to come join the 4Wall team!
What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for assisting the Production Administrative Manager with requesting timesheets/timecards from CAPS and Acadia employees, creating projects in the CAPS & Acadia online system, answering the phone when the receptionist is unavailable, assisting the sales team with contacting customers regarding payments or modifying quotes, managing and maintaining the location master schedules, monthly office supply order, and other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of applicable office experience or a 2 year college degree (or an equivalent combination of experience and education); strong computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized; and must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented and have great customer service skills.
What you should know:
- This position is full time.
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
- Travel should be minimal.
Hourly Range:
$23.00 - $26.00
