The X12 is a compact, coaxial two-way passive speaker designed for short-throw sound reinforcement with a consistent tonal balance and controlled directivity. The system pairs a 12" neodymium low-frequency transducer with a 3" diaphragm compression driver mounted on an ellipsoid waveguide, producing a smooth response from 59 Hz to 20 kHz and a nominal coverage of 90° vertical by 60° horizontal.

The rental includes the X12 cabinet. Note that the X12 is a passive enclosure and requires amplification and processing. We recommend using L-Acoustics LA4X or LA8 controllers for proper presets, linearization, and protection. SpeakON patching and rigging accessories, controller units, and additional cabling are available separately upon request. Currently available for rental only on the west coast.
