We are looking for a Labor Coordinator to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for providing coordination, supervision, planning, and support for all labor-related initiatives, which includes temporary/freelance.  This includes ensuring proper staffing of events and rectify any foreseen shortages in labor in a timely manner.  Coordinating outside labor services per policy and as required.   This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a quality labor pool with various technical experience and expertise.   This role requires excellent organizational skills that ensure that all events/jobs requiring labor are properly staffed with quality employees that will represent the 4Wall Entertainment brand favorably and are providing the very best customer service.  

What you bring to the table:  Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous staffing/labor coordinating experience and knowledge of entertainment lighting, audio, video, and other special event equipment. Knowledge of the respective local job and staffing markets; a personal database of freelance/temp labor is preferred. The candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet deadlines. You must have superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel. 

What you should know:

·    This position is full-time. Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.

·    This position may require travel on occasion.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
