Brand Manager

Location: Las Vegas

Have you ever gazed up during a concert and noticed all the truss and lighting? There’s a possibility that gear belonged to 4Wall! An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in twelve offices in the US and internationally in the UK. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the ‘Land of 1000 Delights’ display.

We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work with a nationwide team. Brand manager duties include producing and publishing content such as blog posts & member profiles, managing a website, and creating and executing a social media strategy.

Primarily this person will be responsible for maintaining and building the Roadies of Color United (ROCU) brand and work directly with its founders. You will also work with the 4Wall marketing team in this capacity.

New York, New Jersey or Las Vegas residency is strongly preferred. This position will require some travel.

Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing a website – no coding
  • Working with a team consisting of a content manager, graphic designer, multimedia specialist, and VP of Marketing
  • Managing a member database
  • Brainstorming with team members to develop new ideas and campaigns
  • Build a following on social media
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
  • Helping organize and manage the executive team’s schedule
  • Creating and maintaining a quarterly newsletter

Brand Manager Requirements:

  • Experience working on a website through Wordpress or a similar service
  • Experience writing and proofreading content
  • Experience posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Strong organization, planning and communication skills

5. Complete a background check, and possibly a drug test, depending on the role you are hired for.
