Human Resource Administrative Assistant

HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

JOB DESCRIPTION

FSLA Status:  Non-Exempt  EEO Class:  5-Administrative Support Workers
Department: Office 
Reports to: Regional HR Director
Supervises:  N/A

General Summary 

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Regional HR Director and HR Team, with all HR related administrative duties. 

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Be a resources for all employees
  • Responds to all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Personal Responsibilities

  • Assist HR with various tasks including onboarding new employees, timekeeping, managing job requisitions and employee inquiries.
  • Administrative duties include but are not limited to distributing mail, data entry, expense reports, scanning and filing documents, etc.  
  • Ensure E-Verify and I-9 are completed for every new hire. 
  • Provide support completing offboarding cycle throughout the region. 
  • Coordinate with HR Team for all HR events for the location.
  • Provide support in Lasso Payroll for onboarding new hires/freelancers. 
  • Ensure laws are in compliance with each location in the region. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Team Responsibilities

  • Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees and visitors.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer relations.
  • Additional HR support for Shop employees.
  • Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns or injuries to your direct supervisor or General Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Previous customer service, administrative, or receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain friendly, professional demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and goals
  • Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
  • Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs and other management directives

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors, and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some potential OT.
