National Analyst

NATIONAL ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary

The National Analyst is responsible for supporting key operational functions across the organization, supporting the VP of Procurement & Analysis, CCO, and CEO.  Primary focuses include expense management, reviewing sub‑rental orders for efficiency, analyzing both confirmed and completed orders for margin trends, and other various business analysis as needed.  In addition, the National Analyst may support various training initiatives and acquisitions as needed.

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service through continued communication with internal business partners.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to team members and management.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Analyze various business data to produce insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Review, track, and reconcile company expenses, including credit card charges, to ensure accuracy and policy alignment.
  • Analyze spending trends and provide insights to leadership to support budgeting and cost‑control efforts.
  • Analyze margin trends across confirmed, in progress, and completed orders.  
  • Reviewing sub rental orders for efficiency, inaccuracies, and budget impact.  
  • Review equipment reports including ROA and sub-rental historical for trends potential purchases or sales.
  • Analyzes and reports on historical trends and projections.
  • Performing other required analysis, as assigned.
  • Training and providing guidance to management level employees as needed, both via sharing of analysis as well as for new employees during normal onboarding or acquisitions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Team Responsibilities

  • Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees. 
  • Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Technical skills including Excel, Power BI or similar report program experience strongly preferred.
  • Competency in other Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives. 

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

  • Work can be performed remotely and will be project based, with deadlines as assigned by management.
  • Meetings will be scheduled as necessary but generally during west coast business hours

  • Occasional travel may be required.
