General Summary
The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for providing support and leadership regarding sales for the organization globally. This includes leading the PAC team members, maintaining sales standard operating procedures (SOPs), contract review, and providing sales reports to help the sales teams run effectively and efficiently, foster growth, and support business strategies and objectives. The Director of Sales Operations will represent the needs of sales in meetings and crossâfunctional projects and acts as a liaison for sales with other parts of the organization.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities of Position:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Streamline interactions between local sales teams and project managers and how they interface with operations, assets, and national teams.
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standard procedures and policies.
- Ensure the company’s reputation and corporate values are upheld and enhanced.
Personal Responsibilities
- Oversee the PAC team members to ensure they are supporting the sales and AR efforts for designated locations/verticles.
- Optimize internal sales processes and enhance efficiency. Identify gaps, needs, and opportunities and formulate recommended solutions.
- Implement, manage, and monitor sales SOPs.
- Monitor current sales projects, including reporting status, progress updates, and identifying areas that require corrective actions.
- Assist in training and supporting General Managers and LSMs on the use of customer and salesperson data tools within RentalWorks, BI, and Tableau.
- Assist in developing and delivering sales training to new and existing employees. Ensure that sales employees have the required processes, knowledge, skills, resources/content to be successful within their roles.
- Serve as the main point of contact regarding data and reporting needs for customer and salesperson information, working with IT and Application/Development teams as needed to create and verify the accuracy of reports.
- Analyze and interpret provisions in customer contracts and liaise with business partners as needed. Escalate complex contracts as needed. Work with Admin to ensure contracts are filed appropriately.

Team Responsibilities
- Conduct and attend meetings, training sessions and planning activities to educate the sales force and develop action plans.
- Build and maintain a wide and strong internal network with RGMs, GMs, SVPs, and supporting functions to ensure efficient and productive output.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and disseminate information on SOPs and initiatives frequently.
- Work collaboratively with 4Wall Entertainment team to fulfill identified needs.
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
Key Requirements:
- Must have a clear understanding and proven track record in leading teams
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the entertainment industry.
- Minimum of five (5) years management or supervisory experience.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong ability to speak with poise
- Must be a strong motivator, with ability to execute strategic direction for the company and influence others in support of the strategy
- Ability to travel to perform job duties as described above.
- Ability to direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
- Computer literacy, franchise systems and financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting required.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

- Travel will be required as needed.
