National Video Production Specialist

General Summary
The National Video Production Specialist combines creative video production expertise with strategic business development skills to drive growth and client engagement for our organization's video services. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and possesses the ability to identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Producing video and photographic content that is up to 4Wall quality standards.
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives.
- Providing excellent service to new and existing clients through continued communication to maintain and improve their relationship with the company
- Ensure compliance of brand standard procedures and policies.
Personal Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments such as corporate, entertainment, non-profit, and digital marketing sectors.
- Identify and cultivate new local business relationships
- Recording, producing, editing, and creating video content for internal and external use, including:
- Internal Training Videos – Operations
- Safety Training Videos – Internal & External
- Training Videos – Production
- Recruiting Videos - Production
- Post Show Edits
- Location Video Shoots
- Behind the Scenes – 4Wall
- Behind the Scenes – Rock Lititz
- Time Lapses / Time Lapse Edits
- Travelling to job sites and working with clients to record video and take photos
- Other responsibilities as directed by the supervisor
Team Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with internal customers, clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and plan internal and external content
- Work with location General Manager to obtain local business
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in video production, editing, and creative storytelling.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple video production timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with various social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and work well within a team
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors, and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
