Systems Finance Director
SYSTEMS FINANCE DIRECTOR

General Summary
The Systems Finance Director is responsible for all project related financial and milestone invoice forecasting, coordination with 4Wall Accounts Receivable and 4Wall Accounts Payable to manage payments to Vendors and monitoring project invoicing against related costs.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all financial details as it relates to the Systems and Design projects.
- Providing excellent service through continued communication with internal business partners
Personal Responsibilities
Project Billing & Cost Tracking:
- Work with Sales personnel to create invoices for all Systems billing in RW and distribute as required.
- AIA billing creation and management for projects that require AIA billing.
- Monitor vendor invoice costs against project billing to verify we are billing on time to keep up with costs.
- Notify appropriate individuals when billing falls behind costs.
Systems incoming funds tracking for outgoing vendor payments:
- Track incoming payment amounts for systems projects against invoices.
- Forecast payments to Vendors based on payments received.
- Request AP apply funds to vendor payments as they come due; based on payments received.
- Verify receipt of incoming payments, confirming payment amounts have been received in full.
- Notify appropriate individuals when payments are not paid in full or are delinquent.
- Prioritize weekly Vendor payments as project needs require.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees, vendors, etc..
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft office suite advanced skill level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Entertainment Lighting or similar field
- Proven ability to self-manage.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available on-call in the evenings and weekends, as required.
