General Summary
The Social Media and Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging visual content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will also help coordinate our social media presence, coordinate influencer partnerships, and create compelling visuals through photography and videos.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties Include but are not limited to:
· Create engaging visual content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn
· Help manage social media posting schedules, maintaining consistency and quality
· Build relationships within 4Wall and collaborate with influencers, manage relationships, and content collaborations outside of 4Wall
· Capture high-quality photos at events or for promotional purposes
· Create short-form videos for use on social media posts
· Write compelling copy for social media posts and occasional short-form content
· Monitor social media performance and leverage analytics to improve engagement
· Respond to and engage proactively with comments and message
· Stay updated on social media trends, suggesting fresh content ideas and strategies
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work-experience is also acceptable
· Strong skills in photography
· Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, including platform analytics
· Detailed writing and communication skills
· Ability to create engaging short-form video content (phone editing)
· Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
· Industry experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
