General Summary
The Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. They will oversee all marketing operations, including content creation, digital presence, branding, and e-commerce. Managing a dynamic team, they will set the vision for 4Wall’s marketing strategy while providing data-driven insights to the CMO and CEO to support company growth.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the marketing department, and managing the marketing teams across the US & UK
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals, values, and vision
- Work closely with the CMO and CEO to execute corporate initiatives and drive brand growth
- Create, track, and analyze key marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a strong brand identity and consistent messaging
Digital & E-Commerce Management
- Oversee the management and optimization of 4Wall.com and its digital ecosystem, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Direct the e-commerce team, optimizing product listings, website copy, and online customer engagement
- Develop strategies to enhance website performance, SEO, and digital advertising
- Manage content updates, including website copywriting, blog posts, press releases, and portfolio listings
Content & Social Media Oversight
- Supervise the creation of high-quality visual and written content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital channels
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms, overseeing the Content Manager and Marketing Executive
- Lead efforts in videography and photography at industry events to enhance digital storytelling
- Drive engagement through innovative content strategies, social media campaigns, and digital marketing efforts
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance communication and visibility of company projects and offerings
- Align marketing strategies with corporate objectives, ensuring initiatives drive revenue and customer engagement
Team Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and direct all marketing team members.
- Actively participate in the interviewing, selection and hiring, training and cross-training, performance management, resolving problems, and recommending discipline and/or termination when appropriate, in coordination with HR, of all marketing team members when necessary.
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results for direct reports and, as necessary, for indirect reports.
- Ensure that all team members maintain high customer relations.
- Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture building initiatives
- Ensure that team members have personal growth opportunities and assist with career path goals.
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing leadership
- Senior leadership level experience, with a deep understanding of consumer brands and experience managing both brand and performance marketing.
- Experience in the lighting, audio, video or entertainment industry.
- Has held responsibility for building and executing plans to deliver against financial goals or company objectives.
- Demonstrated success in creating awareness for a growth-phase company in a dynamic marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
