Marketing Executive
MARKETING EXECUTIVE

General Summary
The Marketing Executive will be the creative force behind 4Wall's digital content—designing marketing assets, managing product listings, and keeping our website up to date. The position will also travel to key industry events, capturing photography and video content for our social media channels. Finally, they will manage all 4Wall uniforms for the shop & sales staff along with merchandise for clients. This is a dynamic role that blends creativity, organization, and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Create visually compelling designs for promotions, campaigns, and sales materials.
- Edit photos and videos for marketing use, social media, and the company website
- Maintain company brand guidelines and ensure application across all areas
Website & Product Listing Management
- Upload and maintain product listings on 4Wall.com with accurate details, images, and descriptions
- Manage and update blog posts, press releases, and portfolio listings (content will be provided)
- Ensure website content is visually appealing, up-to-date, and well-organized
Event Photography & Videography
- Travel to industry events to capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing and social media use
- Travel to company events to manage the event, capture photos & videos, and connect with 4Wall employees
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely content delivery
- Organize and edit event media for use across various platforms
Company Uniforms & Merchandise
- Design, order, organize and maintain company uniforms for shop, sales, and event employees
- Design, order, organize, distribute and maintain company merchandise
- Work with Ops Managers, GMs, and other employees at all 4Wall locations to determine needs, distribute uniforms & merch, etc.
Team Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing team to determine content needs and brainstorm creative solutions to roadblocks
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft office suite advanced skill level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Entertainment Lighting or similar field
- Proven ability to self-manage.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
