General Summary
The Senior VP of New and Used Sales is responsible for supporting, providing leadership, and a strategic vision regarding new and used sales for the organization on a national level. This includes developing new and used sales strategies and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help the new and used sales teams run effectively and efficiently, foster growth, and support business strategies and objectives. Strengthen client relationships while providing service and support for used and new sales.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and CMO to establish national new and used sales objectives, forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance of brand standard procedures and policies.
Personal Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for new and used sales.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in location sales meetings. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the location and company-wide.
- Coordinating with each location to analyzing of client needs, quoting prices, preparing the contract and closing orders.
- Coordinate with Assets to determine which equipment is available for Usedlighting.com
- Establish and maintain strategic business relationships.
- Conduct regular analysis of new and used customer performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining current customer base.
- Develop, deploy and manage successful new and used sales promotions and incentive programs to drive sustained revenue growth
- Evaluating and reporting on lost sales activity.
- Communicating the equipment and services contracted to all 4Wall departments to ensure all details of the sale are covered
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Conduct and attend meetings, training sessions and strategic planning activities as it pertains to new and used sales to educate the sales force, enhance business opportunities, develop action plans and grow the business.
- Build and maintain a wide and strong internal network with RGMs, GMs, SVPs, and supporting functions to ensure efficient and productive output.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and disseminate information on SOPs and initiatives frequently.
- Effectively communicate customer needs, competitor activities and other market trends to the various 4Wall Entertainment functional stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with 4Wall Entertainment team to fulfill identified needs.
- Encourage and drive a strong sales environment in order to further drive business and excellence within each given market.
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
Key Requirements
- Must have a clear understanding and proven track record in sales and leading sales teams
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the entertainment industry.
- Minimum of five (5) years management or supervisory experience.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong ability to speak with poise
- Must be a strong motivator, with ability to execute strategic direction for the company and influence others in support of the strategy
- Ability to travel to perform job duties as described above.
- Ability to direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
- Computer literacy, franchise systems and financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting required.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

- Travel will be required as needed.
