GENERAL SUMMARY
The National Inventory Control Manager is responsible for managing the inventory control managers. They are responsible for coordinating physical inventories, overseeing the repair process of rental equipment, and monitoring daily inventory adjustments.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Manage the Inventory Control Managers in each location.
Personal Responsibilities
- Divide Repair and Receiving reports into manageable sections for ICMs.
- Follow up on RMAs and Repairs to make sure they are handled in a reasonable amount of time.
- Monitor and reorder points and quantities for sales inventory.
- Advise purchasing manager on sales cage transfers/purchases.
- Approve rental items for retirement.
- Write equipment transfers at the direction of National Assets.
- Follow up on Rental and Sales Cage transfers to make sure all items are received.
- Coordinate Rental and Sales Cage physical inventory, flagging any high dollar losses to National Assets.
- Oversee ICM Purchase and Transfer Requests.
- Expedite Purchase Requests for Renal Inventory.
- All other duties that may be assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Maintain high customer relations.
- Work in a safe manner and report any work place hazards or safety concerns.
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of inventory control experience.
- Experience working in entertainment and event lighting, production or similar industries.
- College degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills in order to work well with clients and the Company’s employees.
- Must be proficient in Excel, PPT, Word, and highly familiar utilizing ERP tool in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position include regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse. Other physical requirements of the job include communication and visual acuity such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, kneel, and lift or move items weighing up to 75 pounds. They will work in a temperature-controlled office environment for comfort, where they will primarily sit but may choose to stand and move within their workspace. At other times, the employee will be in a warehouse setting without temperature control, where they may experience variations due to local weather conditions.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

- 1 Week Per Month Minimum.
