General summary
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for collecting and organizing data from warehouse inventory and logging it into a database.

Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate per 4Wall quality standards in all work activities .
Personal Responsibilities
- Collecting data from warehouse inventory and verifying data is free from errors, there are no compatibility issues or data deficiencies.
- Compiling data into spreadsheets.
- Logging data into database with high-level of accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor or General Manager.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Data entry skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
- Detail-oriented.
- Experience in entertainment lighting or comparable industry preferred.
- Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Responsibilities
The job duties and tasks of this position include regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse. Other physical requirements of the job include communication and visual acuity such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, kneel, and lift or move items weighing up to 75 pounds. They will work in a temperature-controlled office environment for comfort, where they will primarily sit but may choose to stand and move within their workspace. At other times, the employee will be in a warehouse setting without temperature control, where they may experience variations due to local weather conditions.
