Content Manager
CONTENT MANAGER

General Summary
The Content Manager manages daily social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)and scheduling for multiple accounts via enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities of position: Dutied include but are not limited to:
Content Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all platforms (social media, website, email, blogs, etc.)
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create animation content for marketing & internal purposes
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create platform-specific content that drives engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor trends and implement content strategies accordingly
Content Creation & Design
- Produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and website use
- Edit videos for various platforms
- Write compelling copy for social posts, captions, and descriptions for videos
- Travel to and take photography & video footage of events
Collaboration & Brand Development
- Work closely with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to align content with brand strategy
- Maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all channels
- Coordinate content shoots, including planning, filming, and post-production
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Provide monthly statistics on social campaigns, website traffic and sources, conversions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirement
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft office suite advanced skill level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Entertainment Lighting or similar field
- Proven ability to self-manage.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
