You can pay an order or invoice on our website by following these instructions. If you would like to pay via a wire transaction, ACH, or another way besides credit/debit card, reach out to AR@4wall.com or call 702-263-3858 and ask for someone in Accounts Receivable.
Get set up as a client with 4Wall by completing the form below. This will allow us to send you quotes, orders, and invoices, and helps keep your information current in our system.
Please upload your W-9 form in the Tax Information section of the application. If you do not have a W-9 form ready, you can download it here, fill it out, and email it to accountservices@4wall.com.
Your first order with us will need to be paid in advance of receiving your equipment. There is an option to apply for credit terms after you complete the form.
To fulfill the terms of our rental agreement or subcontract, all clients must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI). This certificate must show coverage for the entire rental period and meet the following minimum requirements:
