4wall- Las Vegas Beams into its 7th Year at CES

January 2008 4Wall – Las Vegas beams into it’s 7th year in the captivating tech world of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), at the Las Vegas Convention Center. CES is one of the largest conventions in the world and it dominates the entirety of the convention center. The convention center floor spans a staggering two million square feet; equivalent to approximately 37 football fields.

The show is set to showcase a full spectrum of what will be found in stores later this year pertaining to the latest and greatest in upcoming gadgets from phones and PDAs to home theater. This year, 4Wall and well known Lighting Designers John Ammirati, John Ballard, Paul Fine, Bill Moore, Ken Moreland, Brian O’Connor, Doug Olson, John Rinaldi, and Dave Ripp produced dynamic exhibits for iconic companies such as Kodak, Sharp, Hewlett Packard, Superior Communications, Panasonic, Samsung, Canon, Toshiba, & Intel.

Weeks of ingenuity and labor go into these innovative exhibits to pull off the WOW factor for which these companies strive. 4Wall amps up for this event in early December, for setup which starts on December 17th. From that point forward, the convention center floor remains a full-blown construction zone buzzing with production teams working through the night prior to the opening on January 7th.

4Wall’s VP of Rentals, Bob Gaynor said, “This year 4Wall supplied over 350 moving lights, 2,400 Source 4 Lekos & PARs, 300 Color Blazes, more than 20 consoles, 1,500 2.4 Sensor CEM Dimmers, and miles of multi-cable. Not many companies have the capacity to execute that for just one project. We’re fortunate to have the inventory to support these demands.”
