4Wall-West Provides Lighting for Many CES Exhibitors
LAS VEGAS, January 2004 - 4Wall Entertainment (4Wall) provided lighting for several exhibitors as this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Great design firms like Fine Design Associates, Inc., Structural Display, Art of Light, and Warner AV all chose 4Wall-West for their equipment rental needs. 4Wall teamed up with these talented designers to provide lighting on trade show displays for Panasonic, Motorola, Samsung, Sirius Satellite Radio, Toshiba, and Daewoo - just to name a few.
Paul M. Fine, Ken Moreland, and Andrew Billiau of Fine Design Associates, Inc. managed design teams for Panasonic, Motorola, Samsung Electronics, Samsung Telecommunications, N'Vidia, Phillips Semiconductor, DVD-RAM Pavilion, and SD Association. Mr. Fine commented on this year's trends, "This year, it seemed that most properties were relying heavily on color and color mixing rather than going with a typically more graphic/textural approach." He continued, "Those that work with Fine Design Associates, Inc. know us to be a special customer. We often require a level of service that at best is usually above and beyond what a normal client would require. We partnered with 4Wall Entertainment because they always come through with excellent equipment on little or no advance warning and that always is accompanied by top-notch service."
Jeff McRoberts of Structural Display designed the Sirius Satellite Radio booth and Dave Ripp of Warner AV designed the Toshiba booth.
The Daewoo exhibit, designed by Art of Light's Brian O'Connor, featured a clever use of scrim to surround a 32' x 18' airwall system, and 10' diameter column. Art of Light used Martin MAC 2K wash lights to slowly dissolve colors on scrims. Mr. O'Connor noted, "The quality of equipment and outstanding support is what sets 4Wall apart from other lighting companies in Vegas & NYC."
