Regional General Manager

Location: New York

Have you ever gazed up during a concert and noticed all the truss and lighting? There’s a possibility that gear belonged to 4Wall! We are a nationally recognized entertainment lighting company that operates in nine offices in the US- Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, DC, PA, Orange County, Nashville, Houston, and Orlando. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the ‘Land of 1000 Delights’ display.

We are looking for a Regional General Manager to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, the Regional General Manager (RGM) will serve as the primary point of contact for their region and will also support the locations General Managers in managing the day to day operation, including sales and client relationships. The RGM is fully responsible for the achievement of all location budgets within their region.  The RGM must be involved in the operating and financial goals of 4Wall Lighting Entertainment and act as the General manager, when necessary. The RGM will provide leadership for or all aspects of operations, management of 4Wall Lighting Entertainment initiatives, and issue resolution. The RGM must conduct herself/himself with the highest level of professionalism including; demeanor, honesty, integrity, and ethics at all times.

What you bring to the table:  Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years of management experience, computer literacy, franchise systems and financial management experience.  This candidate should be energetic, forward-thinking and creative, with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image.  This candidate would also be a strategic visionary and possess analytical abilities, good judgment, and strong sales/operational focus. This candidate must have knowledge of operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs and long-range planning. He/or she must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong ability to speak with poise, as well as have exceptional leadership skills and ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop all levels of employees.  

What you should know:

  • This position is full time.
  • In this position it is likely that you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Traveling is required for this position.  
  • This position is located in Moonachie, NJ and covers the Northeast Region

Our recruitment process goes as follows:

  3. Interviews – most likely a phone interview and then an in-person interview.
  4. Job offered – if selected, the hiring manager will contact you to offer the role.  If you aren’t selected, don’t worry, we will let you know so you aren’t left wondering. 
  5. Complete a background check, and possibly a drug test, depending on the role you are hired for. 
  6. Start new job… life changed!
