Michael Cannon

CEO / Co-Owner

4Wall Entertainment was co-founded in 1999 by Michael Cannon and Bill Lairamore.  The company slogan, "Large enough to service, small enough to care," was conceived by Michael himself.

Michael began his long family history in the lighting industry at Bash Theatrical Lighting, working various shop positions throughout high school and college. After graduating from Boston University's School of Management in 1991, Michael joined Bash full-time.

In 1993 Michael was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the newly founded Bash Lighting - West.  The company quickly became a leader in the Las Vegas lighting market.

Bash was purchased by Production Resource Group in 1997 and Michael was appointed CFO and Vice President of Administration for the Nevada Operations. During this time he oversaw all the finances and operations of multiple management divisions of PRG, including Fourth Phase Lighting, Scenic Technologies, and Thoughtful Designs and Attractions.

Michael's vision of creating a large company that paid attention to detail was realized with the launch of 4Wall in 1999.  Michael now over-sees day to day operations of all five locations- Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Phoenix- making sure that all adhere to the vision the company was founded upon.

When he’s not at the office, Michael enjoys living on his cattle ranch in rural Nevada and spending time with his wife Jennifer and their three children- Cole, Chloe, and Camryn.

Bill Lairamore

President / Co-Owner

Bill Lairamore developed a love for performance and theater as a child, honing his skills as a magician.  His first job in theater came when he started working Summer Stock in Branson Missouri while attending college.  His formal matriculation ended with an MA degree in technical theater from Missouri State University.

After graduation, Bill spent 3 years working as a technical director for the Springfield Little Theater in Missouri.

In 1995, Bill became responsible for establishing the System Installation and Sales Department for Bash Lighting – West, in the process working with Michael Cannon for the first time.  After the purchase of Bash by Production Resource Group in 1997, Bill left and co-founded 4Wall in 1999.

Bill took the helm of the System Integration and Sales divisions of the company.  Working as lead designer and engineer on many acclaimed projects, Bill’s devotion to staying at the forefront of LED and LEED-certifiable technology has kept the 4Wall Systems Team in demand.  His creatively customized designs for major hotels, clubs and theatres have gained international recognition.

In his spare time Bill enjoys listening to music on great sound systems with his wife Molly.
